Start & Documentation
We prepare and file all initial liquidation documents. Once signed by the shareholder(s), we manage every step of the legal process.
Reports & Accounting
We handle all mandatory liquidation reporting, including the final report after the statutory 4-month period. Any missing annual reports from previous years will also be completed and submitted free of charge.
Final Closure
We take care of formally closing down the company, including the appointment of our representative as the official document holder to ensure a compliant and complete conclusion.
