Can I liquidate my company if my e-Residency digital card has expired?
Yes, absolutely. The expiration of your personal e-Residency card does not affect the legal status of your OÜ. The company still exists and must be closed formally. We handle the process without needing a valid card.
What documents or information do I need to start?
Primarily, your company registry code (from the Commercial Register) and basic identification. We can look up the rest. It’s that simple.
Do I need to travel to Estonia?
No. The entire process is handled remotely via digital signatures and email.
What is the main cost, and is the price fixed?

What happens to any money left in the company bank account?
After settling all taxes and fees, remaining assets (including bank balances) are distributed to the shareholders. We will guide you through this.
