Your Simple, 5-Step Path to Closure

Alexander and the Vest Consulting team manage the entire process from start to finish. You provide the initial information, and we handle all Estonian legal and bureaucratic requirements.

Process Steps

1. Initial Consultation & Plan
· You contact us and provide your company details.
· We analyze your company’s status (debts, filings, etc.) and present a clear plan and fixed-price quote for the liquidation.

2. Power of Attorney & Document Preparation
· We prepare all necessary documents, including a Power of Attorney.
· You sign digitally, granting us legal authority to act on your behalf in Estonia.

3. Final Filings & Official Notification
· We prepare and submit the final annual report and tax declarations to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (Maksu- ja Tolliamet).
· We file the liquidation application with the Estonian Commercial Register (Äriregister) and formally notify all creditors.

4. Liquidation Period & Final Report
· We manage the mandatory 4-month creditor claim period.
· At its end, we prepare and submit the final liquidation report to the Commercial Register.

5. Company Deletion & Your Confirmation
· The company is officially deleted from the Estonian Commercial Register.
· You receive the official certificate of deletion. Your liability is over.
